1981 Member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland until 1988 worked with O’Neill Flanagan & Partners Architects and Fehily Associates Architects and for his own practice

1998 Diploma in Arbitration Law in U.C.D.
1999 Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
2003 R.I.A.I. Grade 1 Conservation Architect Accreditation
